ABOUT ME
Education
I am a 2019 graduate of Connecticut College with a
Bachelor Degree in Art and a concentration in graphic design. During my studies, I gained skills in designing logos, creating marketing materials, and using Adobe Creative Suite as well as web design, user experience, and Python.
While at Connecticut College, I was on the Sailing Team, and served as Captain in my senior year, gaining skills in leadership, teamwork, resiliency and working hard toward a common goal.
Work Experience
For the past 4 years, I have worked as an independent graphic designer, creating designs and logos for small businesses, including my own brand, Second Sunday. Prior to that, I was a staff graphic designer for College Hype Screenprint and Embroidery. During my time there, I designed logos, company/team apparel and brand marketing products. I am proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Procreate as well as drawing, painting and clay sculpting.
In addition to my work in graphic design, I have worked as an administrator for the Social Work Department at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, where I have received excellent reviews and was promoted to team leader.
